His interest in Iranian folk Music and his research method is exemplary, and they were inspired by his Master M.R.Darvishi. He travels alone and drives his own car into the very remote areas that still have a pure culture to do research on and record folk music. He strongly believes that these trips are a kind of a personal revelation because he is discovering the unknown and the most mysterious aspects of music.
He maintains that understanding, listening to, and being inspired by the singing of rural old women on the top of mountains or on farms could be much more useful than academic atmosphere for his composition.
